De-Extinction in 2024

At Magalodon Enterprises LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we provide the highest level of service and maintain fairness to all clients and chauffeurs, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

Standard Cancellations (Sedan/SUV Bookings)

• Cancellations made 1 day or more before the scheduled pick-up time will not be required to cover any costs. This happens and we get it!

• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or “no shows” will be charged 25% of the total fare. This is of course dependent on each situation and we are human too, we get things happen!

To cancel your reservation, please TEXT us at (912) 205-5684 or email us at Benjamin.Maglin@magalodonenterprises.com with your booking details. Cancellation requests must be confirmed by a team member to be valid.
